Andrew has been a key member of the team responsible for the state planning approvals of a 250MW electrolyser and associated 200MW hydrogen power plant to be located in Whyalla, South Australia.
Andrew has 25 years’ experience in environmental impact assessment, risk assessment, project feasibility and development, construction and commissioning, regulatory approvals, legislative processes and project management.
Andrew has worked on an extensive range of projects within a diverse set of industries including, energy, renewables, hydrogen, water, infrastructure, mining, quarrying, and manufacturing.
As a Senior Principal consultant with JBS&G, Andrew has been involved with significant environment assessments and approvals for major projects, including the Northern Water Project (Desal plant) EIS, Whyalla Hydrogen Electrolyser/Hydrogen power plant and the Port Bonython Hydrogen Hub, all in South Australia.
