Meet the Speaker

Callum Little, Senior Planner at GHD, will be presenting on the Development Act & Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act.

Callum is an Urban and Regional Planner, Project Manager, and Leader with over 17 years government and industry experience. Through roles in state and local government, and the private sector he has gained great insight into government, community, and business aspirations for South Australia. Having worked in South Australia’s largest and smallest local government areas, he understands council decision making processes and drivers. he delivered lasting benefit to the communities and served through the coordination of key planning policy, strategic planning, infrastructure, and development projects. In his current role Callum manages local and national strategic planning, planning policy, due diligence and approval projects for private clients, local government and state government agencies. These projects include major residential and commercial land divisions, apartment buildings, hotels, large scale industrial/commercial development, major energy projects, major infrastructure projects, and planning policy reform. Callum is interested in policy reform, red tape reduction, approval strategies, environmental impact assessment, and advocacy.
