Join the Northern Territory Division for a free lunchtime presentation from Sophie Creighton - Director of Research and Land Information.
The Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority (AAPA) is responsible for overseeing the protection of Aboriginal sacred sites on land and sea across the Northern Territory.
Sophie will discuss the roles and responsibilities of AAPA and the Authority Certificate process they manage. The emphasis will be on the process of acquiring the Authority Certificate including the process undertaken by AAPA.
Anyone working on environmental / land access approvals will benefit from this presentation.
