NSW Biodiversity Conservation reforms in practice

Join us for breakfast and a highly informative morning on the nsw biodiversity reforms.

The new biodiversity legislation has been in place for over six months now and have resulted in major changes to the approval pathway for projects in NSW. We invite you to join a panel of practitioners experienced with the new legislation for presentations and a Q&A session. These presentations are not a training session for the new legislation, but instead will provide practical advice on how the new legislation is affecting projects.

The presenters are represented by legal, ecological and government practitioners:

  • Nick Thomas - Partner, Clayton Utz
  • Alex Cockeril - National Manager, Ecology, WSP Parsons Brinkerhoff
  • Jane Gibbs - Director, Ecosystem Assessment and Planning, OEH
  • Julie Ravallion - Senior Environmental Specialist, Biodiversity, RMS
  • Rhidian Harrington - Director, Niche Environment and Heritage

The breadth of knowledge and experience will certainly ensure a highly informative morning and allow ALL your questions to be answered.

Breakfast and networking from 7.30am for 8.00am start.
