    Jeff has a BSc (Hons) from James Cook University. He has worked for the Commonwealth and Western Australian Governments and as a consultant in policy, land management and science roles. In 2008, Jeff was peer nominated for Conservation Scientist of the Year in WA for his leadership in linking science with conservation practice and engagement in the south-west of Western Australia. As the Principal Consultant at EcOz Environmental Consultants in Darwin, Jeff retains his interest in environmental outcomes through community involvement in policy development and application. He has been an EIANZ member since 2012 and is on the EIANZ Advisory Council.

    Brad is Special Counsel at Ward Keller in Darwin, with a practice emphasising environmental impact assessment and environmental regulatory compliance in the pastoral and mining industries.  He served as General Counsel to the California Department of Parks and Recreation, including as counsel to the California Office of Historic Preservation. Brad's undergraduate degree is in Public Policy from Duke University. He has a Master of Regional Planning and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Environmental Law from the University of Sydney. A member of EIANZ since 2018, Brad is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.

    Jane Munday is a community engagement and social impact assessment practitioner who has lived in the Northern Territory since 1994. She spent 10 years in senior government communication and marketing positions, established Michels Warren Munday in 2004 and sold the business (now True North Strategic Communication) in 2015. She works part-time with True North and is a PhD Candidate with the Northern Institute of Charles Darwin University. Jane is Deputy Chair of Territory Natural Resource Management, on the Attorney General’s Community Benefit Fund and a national social impact assessment community of practice group of the EIANZ.

    Tom has a degree in Natural Resource Management (BSc Hons) from the University of Western Australia.  He has worked as an Environmental Consultant in the Northern Territory since 2003 and is currently a Managing Consultant at EcOz Environmental Consultants in Alice Springs.  Tom’s main areas of expertise is ecology and environmental impact assessment for project located within central and northern Australia.  He has been an EIANZ member since 2007 and has been the NT Division Treasurer since 2010.

    Bill Low has worked in environmental research and management since 1970 throughout the NT and adjacent states but specialising in Central Australia. In 1980, he founded Low Ecological Services, the longest running environmental survey business in the Northern Territory. His team of consultants has completed more than 700 major environmental monitoring projects for public and private companies, governments, NGOs and individuals. Bill has been involved with EIANZ since its inception, as well as several environmental, historical and heritage organisations in Alice Springs and the Territory, including The Rangeland Seminars, Land for Wildlife Central Australia and the National Trust. He competes in squash and Olympic-style pistol shooting.

    Tony has been on the NT Division committee since 2019.  He is currently working to deliver the Nature Repair Market being progressed by the Commonwealth Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water.  Tony spent 10 years in international trade including trading in the North American financial markets before transitioning to work in risk management at ANZ’s head office.  His move to Darwin arose from the opportunity to manage commercial banking in the Northern Territory for ANZ. In 2011 he joined the NT Government to promote investment opportunities and major projects. He completed a Master of Environmental Management at Charles Darwin University which has included field work in the Galapagos Islands, the Brazilian Amazon, and in the Otway Basin off the Victorian coast. He joined the Commonwealth in late 2022, and has been assisting with evaluating policy and legislative options to progress the Nature Repair Market, and is now focused on implementation and market development.

    Mia is an assessment officer at the Supervising Scientist Branch of the Australian Government’s Department of the Environment and Energy, which provides regulatory oversight of uranium mining in the Alligator Rivers region. Mia has been an EIANZ member since 2016 when she joined as a student while studying geography and environmental studies at the Australian National University.

    Sarah is an ecologist with more than 10 years’ experience working in environmental consulting in the Northern Territory. Her experience includes environmental approvals, environmental and biodiversity management planning and implementation, mine closure, rehabilitation and monitoring. Sarah has a PhD in zoology and eight years’ post-doctoral research experience resulting in more than 25 scientific publications.
