A member since 2014, I have been heavily involved in Students and Early Careers (SEC) initiatives at the Victorian and National level.

My experience includes being a founding member of the National SEC Committee, where my role has involved advocating for SEC members at the Board level, driving an increase in SEC initiatives across EIANZ, implementing the EIANZ-wide Mentoring Program, and strategic planning.

I have also been fortunate to Chair and grow the Victorian SEC Sub-committee from a single representative, to a committee of over 15 volunteers running multiple SEC-focused initiatives and the Mentoring Program. During this time, I also developed strong working relationships with other organisations and collaborators to improve the reach and diversity of EIANZ’s offerings. These efforts were recognised with the Tor Hundloe Award in 2017.

The combination of my career as an Environmental Consultant and my time volunteering with
EIANZ has given me a strong foundation in project management, working as part of a diverse team, and driving positive and lasting change within EIANZ. As a Board Member, I will bring a strong record of success, a diverse perspective, and the motivation to continue pushing EIANZ to be an ethical leader in the environmental industry.
