The Climate Change Skills training program has a number of key support features that may be of interest:

• The Agreement between Department of Climate Change and EIANZ has been in place since June 2008 and is reported on annually

• A Steering Committee has been setting the direction of the program since June 2008

• A business plan and budget have been operating since June 2008 and were last updated for use until September 2010

• A Forum Support Group has provided coaching and support for Divisions since January 2009

• A Memorandum of Understanding between the University of the Sunshine Coast (USC) and EIANZ has been in place since April 2009
and details collaboration on the program and the two modules: Module 1 by EIANZ and Module 2 by USC

• EIANZ Division forum documents that include presentations, reports and surveys have been collected since April 2008
