NSW - Division Election of Office Bearers 2014 -2015

The Annual General Meeting of the NSW Division of the Institute will be held at AECOM, Level 21, 420 George St, Sydney, NSW on Monday 25th August 2014, commencing at 6pm.

The term of office of all currently elected officers of the Institute will expire at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting. Nominations are called for the following positions for the period 2014 to 2015:
• President
• Vice-President
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• General Committee Members

Only current financial members are eligible to nominate for these positions. All nominations must be endorsed by two EIANZ Full Members or Fellows.

Click here for a Nomination Form and Appointment of Proxy Form. Nominations can be made by completing the Nomination Form and forwarding it to arrive no later than 5.00 pm Friday 15th August 2014 by any of the following means:

• By email to eianz.nsw@gmail.com
• By mail to the NSW Division Secretary, c/- 8 Brickfield St, Moorebank, NSW, 2170.

In the event of more than one nomination being received for any one position, a ballot will be held at the Annual General Meeting.
