Compliance auditing under the EPBC Act

Compliance audits aim to ensure projects with the potential to impact on nationally protected matters are implemented as planned and are helping the Australian Government to understand how well conditions/requirements are being understood and applied, and contribute to improving the effectiveness of the department’s operations.
