EIANZ Victoria would like to invite mentors and mentees to participate in their Mentoring Program.
EIANZ Victoria would like to help you connect with professional mentors through a structured Mentoring Program, with guidance to help participants get the most out of their mentoring relationship. This is also a great opportunity for experienced environmental professionals to provide leadership and guidance to the next generation.
Registrations of interest for the program are now open, and participants from all environmental professional career levels are welcome.
The format of the program will follow a similar structure to the already successful EIANZ NSW Mentoring Program and builds on lessons learnt in the inaugural 2015/16 EIANZ Victorian Mentoring Program. Mentees will be matched with mentors who have similar professional backgrounds and areas of interest. Once the mentor pairs have been established, we will hold a Mentoring Breakfast event.
Key topics covered during this interactive session will include:
All you have to do is come along to the event, meet your mentor or mentee, be willing to commit to the program for at least 12 months and the rest is up to you!
The Mentoring Breakfast will be held in November 2016 at a venue in the Melbourne CBD with details still to be confirmed.
Registrations for the mentoring program have now closed.
If you have already registered, a committee member will be in touch with you to request information about your career interests and professional background. This will allow us to match you with the most appropriate mentor or mentee.
