Join the Victorian Division for an interactive workshop examining the role of ethics in environmental practice. Including discussion of EIANZ’s Code of Ethics and client-proponent relationships, small group scenarios and lots of Q&A.
Fiona Gainsford FEIANZ CEnvPFiona is principal of Gainsford Environmental Consulting, a consultancy specialising in environmental impact assessment, project management and strategic planning in NSW, elsewhere in Australia and overseas. The business supports a range of clients including private industry, government agencies and consulting firms. Fiona has extensive involvement in the management and preparation of environmental studies, from tender stage through to public exhibition and post-consent implementation. As an experienced practitioner Fiona has gained much insight into the role of the environmental practitioner in complex projects, and the ethical issues that are often encountered. She will draw on this experience to facilitate an interactive workshop which will engage, inform and challenge all participants. |
