A luncheon event by the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand

The Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand (SEQ Division) would like to invite you to our exclusive Members plus One Luncheon. This event allows members to bring a senior colleague along to an intimate luncheon to hear an industry leader speak about their environmental values, objectives and policies.
Our speaker will be
Senator Larissa Waters,
Australian Greens Senator
Larissa Waters is the first Australian Greens Senator for Queensland. She took office in July 2011 and is the national spokesperson on Environment and Biodiversity; Women; Resources, Mining and CSG.
Senator Waters is an environmental lawyer who worked in the community sector for 9 years advising people how to use the law to protect the environment. In 2011 she was named Australian Young Environmental Lawyer of the Year 2010 by the Law Council of Australia.
She is passionate about protecting our environment and public participation, equality for women, and accountability in government. In the Senate she is working to improve federal laws to better protect the Great Barrier Reef, promote renewable energy, and protect good quality agricultural land from incompatible land uses.
She lives in Brisbane with her five year old daughter.
This is an EIANZ Members plus one guest event & places are strictly limited to 40 so be quick! Registrations limited to 2 members (4 attendees) per organisation.
Attendees are asked to submit a one paragraph biography & photograph with your application to assist us with personally introducing you to our guest speaker.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be given for any cancellations made one week prior to the luncheon. Cancellations made less than one week but more than 24 hours prior to the forum will attract a 50% penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to luncheon will attract the full 100% attendance fee. Delegates unable to attend are welcome to send an alternative delegate, providing they are a financial member of EIANZ.
