New Zealand Chapter member survey

Published 7 December 2015

The New Zealand Chapter (NZ) distributed a survey to their members in May 2015 in order to gauge satisfaction with member benefits and gain insight into future directions for the Chapter.

The survey found that 64 per cent of respondents would recommend EIANZ membership to a friend or colleague, 66 per cent are satisfied with the quality and quantity of communications they receive from EIANZ, and 73 per cent report their employer considers their membership of EIANZ as beneficial to them and their company.

Members rated the NZ Newsletter 'A Step Closer’ and the EIANZ Guidelines such as the newly published ‘Ecological Impact Assessment Guidelines for NZ’ as their top rated benefit, but were disappointed with the provision of CPD events.

The NZ Executive will be using these findings and more from the survey to build their Business Plan and develop the Chapter in the future.
