Elizabeth Hurst MEIANZ Elizabeth is a principal level environmental scientist with 16 years experience assessing and managing large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects in Australia and overseas, including a number of multimillion dollar infrastructure projects. Elizabeth is a generalist, with both technical and management skills to support clients. Dr. Daniel Banfai MEIANZ Daniel Banfai has over six years research and consulting experience in vegetation and wildlife ecology, including involvement with mining and hydropower projects. Daniel has a broad range of applied skills with biological surveys, research design, GIS, and statistical analyses. He has experience in the conducting and writing of Environmental and Social Impact Assessments. |

Paul Kelly MEIANZ As Principal Ecologist at CPG Global, Paul has over 30 years experience in Ecological Impact and Risk Assessment and Natural Resource Management, and has worked in private consultancies for the last 15 years. Paul’s reputation for providing practical and pragmatic responses to manage ecological risks is backed by extensive experience in resource management for nature conservation, project management for large infrastructure ecological risk assessments, a well developed knowledge of the ecological processes and extensive practical experience in achieving sustainable biodiversity conservation outcomes for a range of commercial developments. |

Gordon Young Gordon has spent the last four years working with four completely different audiences on four completely different aspects of sustainability, as well as spending a year overseas and then starting a Masters in Ethics. Sara Redmond-Neal Sara works in sustainable purchasing at ECO-Buy, assisting businesses to adopt greener procurement practices. She has previously worked as a consultant with URS for 5 years, covering energy efficiency and renewable energy, waste reduction, life cycle analysis and risk assessment. Sara has degrees in environmental engineering and ecology and is currently participating in the Centre for Sustainability Leadership Fellowship Program |

Simone Stevenson Simone began her environmental career studying zoology, which inspired an interest in conservation, natural resources and policy, which she then pursued through a Masters of Environment. Since graduating in 2008, Simone has been employed at the Planning Institute of Australia as Policy and Projects Officer, where she works on a broad range of local, state and national policy and advocacy issues related to planning and the environment. Michael Lambden Michael’s green career started with a throw away line at a board meeting 4 years ago about carbon finance. Since then he has pursued the interests of carbon finance, energy efficiency and Clean Development Mechanisms. He has studied Carbon Finance at the University of Toronto and currently studies a postgraduate environment program at University of Melbourne majoring in energy efficient technology. He is a Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) with over 11 years of national environmental experience. Melody Valentine MEIANZ As the Section Manager of Planning at Beca, Melody brings a planning perspective to the Vic EIANZ Committee. Melody has a background in environmental planning, specifically planning for infrastructure. Melody is passionate about delivering critical infrastructure while not compromising environmental and social outcomes. Melody has been a member of the Vic EIANZ Committee since November 2009. |

Letitia Hoff Letitia is a Senior Environmental Scientist PB’s Melbourne office. She has over 9 years of environmental and planning experience in Australia and the UK. Letitia’s main area of expertise is in managing environmental impact assessments, environmental approvals and town planning. She has also been involved in sustainable education programs for schools, acted as an advisor on an Environment Committee for a local Council and is currently participating in the Centre for Sustainability Leadership Fellowship Program. |

Sri Patnaikuni MEIANZ Sri is a Senior Project Engineer at Melbourne Water in its Strategic Planning group. She has a background in water, energy & climate change, ports and broader sustainability. Sri has worked within the private and public sectors in advisory, strategic, organisational environmental management and operational roles.
