2011 CHRISTMAS PARTY

Thank you to all EIANZ members and friends for attending the Christmas Party for 2011. We were very lucky and delighted to have Dr Cecil Camilleri, Sustainability Manager provide an interesting and entertaining talk, allowing us to reflect on the real values of life and sustainability, and giving us an insight into Yalumba’s commitments to sustainability, in all aspects of the family business and the products. Thank you to Yalumba also for subsidising the wines provided for tastings and consumption throughout the night. All attendees enjoyed good food put on by the friendly staff at the Kings Head Hotel, lovely wines produced by Yalumba through ever-improving sustainable practices, and having a good laugh with new and old colleagues practicing, in some form, as an environmental professional.
