Welcome to the Environment Institute's SA Division!

Committee Meetings are held on the First Thursday of each month at the King's Head Hotel, 357 King William Street Adelaide at 5PM the next meeting will be on:

Annual General Meeting - SA Division - to be held on Thursday 5th August 5PM - at the King's Head Hotel.

That time of the year, all executive and committee positions become vacant in August. An email will be sent to all SA members to oficially advise everyone of the upcomming AGM. I would like to have a list of candidates to send out prior to the AGM for people to consider their vote. Therefore I strongly encourage anyone who would like to nominate for any of the executive and or committee positions to nominate themselves or someone else (who has agreed to the role).

NEWS:

• This year's winner of the Flinders University School of Environment, Geography and Environmental Management EIANZ Award is Irene Wegener - well done Irene.
• Networking Group Set up with LinkedIn ... group name is EIANZ SA Chapter. This medium could be used for many purposes aside from netwroking like letting people know you are looking for work or vacational employment, work experience and importantly letting others know what is happening that could be of interest to our members. PLEASE try not to use this as a general advertising medium.
